Terms of Service

MyNote AI transcribes conversations, stores notes and documents, and generates AI answers. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us at hello@mynotetakerai.com if you believe your account is compromised.

You agree that you will not:

• Record, transcribe, or process someone else’s voice or image without any consent required by law
• Use the Service to break interview, exam, workplace, or academic rules that apply to you
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or try to access other users’ accounts or data
• Reverse engineer the apps except as allowed by law, or resell the Service without our permission

Live capture and AI answers are tools. You remain responsible for how you use them and for what you say or submit in interviews and meetings.

Answers, summaries, and transcripts can be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for your own judgment. We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, unique, or appropriate for your situation.

You keep ownership of the transcripts, documents, and other content you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content only as needed to operate the Service for you (including sending it to speech and AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy).

You represent that you have the rights and consents needed for Your Content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Some features require a paid plan. Mobile subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google through their stores. Website and desktop subscriptions may be billed through Stripe. Plans auto-renew until you cancel in the relevant store, Stripe customer portal, or in-app settings. Refunds follow Apple, Google, or Stripe policy. Taxes may apply. Prices can change; we will notify you as required by the store or by law.

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by MyNote AI and its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the Service. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our apps except as we expressly allow.

Sign-in, payments, analytics, hosting, and AI features rely on third parties (including Google, Apple, Stripe, and RevenueCat). Their terms and privacy policies apply to you when you use those components. We are not responsible for third-party websites or outages outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT TRANSCRIPTS AND AI ANSWERS WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYNOTE AI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INTERVIEW / JOB OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limits apply only to the extent allowed.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, if we must do so for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms. If you have a question or dispute, contact hello@mynotetakerai.com first so we can try to resolve it.
